Goduco Flooring is an architect-led flooring contractor with more than 60 years of combined construction experience. We are flooring and tile experts, bringing together architectural knowledge, general contracting experience, and decades of hands-on field expertise. Our leadership includes architect and experienced general contractor Luis Goduco, AIA, NCARB and Jose Garcia, who brings more than 30 years of industry experience and previously led operations at Romano’s Tile. From planning and coordination through installation, our experience allows us to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, dependable execution, and flooring solutions built to perform.

  • Luis Goduco, AIA, NCARB

    President | Architect

    Luis Goduco brings more than 40 years of experience across architecture, general construction, and project delivery to Goduco Flooring. As a licensed architect with extensive general contracting experience, he brings a practical understanding of how projects move from initial planning through construction and completion.

    At Goduco Flooring, Luis provides leadership across estimating, project planning, business development, and client relationships. He works closely with builders, developers, and project teams to develop solutions that balance design, performance, budget, and constructability. His multidisciplinary experience helps guide the company’s commitment to quality, accountability, and long-term relationships.

  • Jose Garcia

    Vice President of Field Operations + Sales

    Jose Garcia brings more than 30 years of hands-on flooring and tile experience to Goduco Flooring. Prior to joining Goduco, Jose led operations at Romano’s Tile, overseeing field crews, installations, and projects throughout the Chicagoland area. His extensive field experience provides a strong understanding of installation, scheduling, coordination, and jobsite operations.

    At Goduco Flooring, Jose leads field operations and works closely with project teams and installers throughout the construction process. He coordinates installations, manages field challenges, and helps ensure projects remain on schedule and meet the company’s quality standards. His technical knowledge and decades of experience help deliver consistent, high-quality results across every project.

  • Michael Goduco

    Chief Technology Officer

    Michael Goduco serves as Chief Technology Officer for Goduco Group, bringing more than 14 years of professional experience across architecture, general construction, technology, and business operations. His background in design and construction gives him a practical understanding of how projects move from initial planning and estimating through execution and completion.

    At Goduco Flooring, Michael manages projects and estimates while leading the technology and systems that support the company’s operations. He works closely with clients, builders, and internal teams throughout the estimating and project delivery process, while developing tools and workflows that improve efficiency, coordination, and the overall client experience. His multidisciplinary experience helps connect construction, project management, and technology while supporting the continued growth of Goduco Flooring.

  • Anthony Goduco

    Chief Financial Officer

    Anthony Goduco serves as Chief Financial Officer for Goduco Group, bringing more than a decade of experience in finance and financial services, including his career with Toyota Financial Services. His background provides a strong foundation in financial management, analysis, strategic planning, and operational decision-making.

    At Goduco Flooring, Anthony oversees financial strategy while also playing an active role in estimating and project management. He works closely with clients, builders, and internal teams to develop estimates, manage project costs, and help keep projects organized from preconstruction through completion. His combination of financial expertise and hands-on project involvement helps the company make informed decisions, maintain strong project controls, and support continued growth.

  • Gabrielle Lowery

    Director of Project Operations and Marketing

    Gabrielle Lowery serves as Director of Project Operations and Marketing for Goduco Flooring, overseeing projects from coordination through completion while helping keep clients, field teams, and internal operations aligned. Her diverse professional background includes serving as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and working for Texas Governor Greg Abbott, where she worked directly with the Governor and gained experience in communications, organization, and high-profile environments.

    At Goduco Flooring, Gabrielle plays a central role in project management, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and builders, and helping ensure projects stay organized and on track. She also manages human resources and supports the company’s day-to-day operations, while overseeing social media and helping shape Goduco Flooring’s public presence. Her ability to manage multiple aspects of the business helps connect the company’s clients, project teams, field operations, and leadership.
