The Site provides information about Goduco Group, our companies, capabilities, projects, products, and professional services, which may include architecture, design, design-build, construction, flooring, tile, installation, material selection, and related services.
Information presented on the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not constitute a contractual commitment, professional opinion, construction document, architectural document, estimate, proposal, warranty, or guarantee unless expressly incorporated into a separate written agreement.
2. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Notice, which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Information.
By using the Site, you acknowledge our Privacy Notice.
3. Ownership of the Site and Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Goduco Group.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, commercially use, or represent such materials as your own without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

6. Trademarks
Goduco Group names, logos, service names, designs, graphics, and other brand identifiers may constitute trademarks, service marks, trade names, or other intellectual property of Goduco Group.
Nothing contained on the Site grants you permission to use Goduco Group's trademarks, logos, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Project Information and Portfolio Content
The Site may display photographs, videos, descriptions, renderings, plans, materials, products, finishes, specifications, and other information relating to completed, current, conceptual, or proposed projects.
This information is provided for illustrative and informational purposes.
Actual products, colors, materials, finishes, dimensions, quantities, pricing, specifications, construction conditions, installation methods, availability, and completed results may vary from what appears on the Site.
Project photographs may depict work performed in collaboration with clients, builders, contractors, architects, designers, consultants, manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, installers, or other project participants. Display of a project does not necessarily mean that Goduco Group performed every aspect of the work shown.
Where appropriate, project descriptions may identify the specific scope of services performed by Goduco Group.
Nothing contained in a project gallery, portfolio, case study, photograph, rendering, or project description constitutes a representation that identical results can be achieved on another project.
8. Estimates, Pricing and Product Information
Any pricing, product information, specifications, measurements, quantities, availability, lead times, or other commercial information displayed on the Site is provided for general informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices and availability may change without notice.
A binding price, estimate, proposal, scope of work, product selection, construction scope, or professional-service obligation exists only when established through an applicable written agreement, proposal, purchase order, or other authorized documentation.
9. Professional Services Disclaimer
Information contained on the Site does not constitute architectural, engineering, construction, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Architecture, design-build, construction, flooring, tile, installation, and related services are subject to project-specific conditions, agreements, scopes of work, applicable building codes, regulations, licensing requirements, and jurisdictional requirements.
No architect-client, contractor-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship is created solely through your use of the Site, submission of an inquiry, scheduling of an appointment, or communication through the Site.
Any professional relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement where applicable.
10. User Submissions and Project Inquiries
The Site may allow you to submit information through contact forms, appointment forms, project-inquiry forms, showroom scheduling, email, or other communication methods.
You agree that information you submit will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
Submitting an inquiry, project description, drawing, photograph, measurement, selection, or other information does not obligate Goduco Group to accept a project, provide Services, issue an estimate, or enter into a contractual relationship.
Personal Information submitted through the Site will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, ideas, or other non-confidential feedback regarding Goduco Group, our Site, or our Services, you grant us permission to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes without compensation or attribution.
This provision does not apply to confidential project information or Personal Information governed by our Privacy Notice.

Goduco Group does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or services, including their content, security, availability, accuracy, products, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of third-party websites and services is governed by the applicable third party's policies and terms.
14. Social Media
The Site may link to or display content from social-media platforms.
Comments, reviews, posts, photographs, videos, or other materials submitted by third parties do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of Goduco Group.
Our sharing of, interaction with, or linking to third-party content does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Nothing in this section affects warranties or obligations expressly provided under a separate written agreement between you and Goduco Group.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goduco Group, LLC and its affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, representatives, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your access to, use of, reliance upon, or inability to use the Site or its Content.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This limitation applies specifically to use of the Site and does not replace, modify, or supersede liability provisions contained in a separate executed agreement governing professional services, construction, installation, materials, products, or other Services.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goduco Group, LLC and its affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:
your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law; or
your infringement or violation of another person's rights.
19. Availability of Services
Services described on the Site may not be available in every geographic area or jurisdiction.
Architecture, construction, contracting, design-build, flooring, tile, installation, and other professional services may be subject to licensing, registration, permitting, insurance, code, contractual, and other legal requirements.
The appearance of a Service on the Site does not constitute a representation that Goduco Group or a particular affiliate offers or is authorized to provide that Service in every jurisdiction.
20. No Guarantee of Project Acceptance
Submission of a project inquiry, appointment request, estimate request, contact form, or other communication does not guarantee that Goduco Group will accept or perform a project.
We reserve the right to determine whether a project falls within our capabilities, geographic service area, availability, licensing, scheduling, and other business requirements.
21. Site Availability and Modification
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Site or Content at any time.
The Site may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications interruptions, cybersecurity incidents, utility failures, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goduco Group is not responsible for damages resulting solely from temporary Site unavailability.
22. Legal Requests
Goduco Group may disclose information or cooperate with governmental authorities, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, valid subpoenas, court orders, governmental requests, or other legal obligations.
Personal Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising specifically from use of the Site or these Terms will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Illinois.
Nothing in this provision limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
24. Relationship to Project Contracts
These Terms govern use of the website.
Architecture agreements, construction contracts, design-build agreements, flooring contracts, installation agreements, purchase orders, proposals, estimates, warranties, and other project-specific agreements are separate from these Terms.
If an executed written agreement between Goduco Group and a client conflicts with these Terms regarding Services covered by that agreement, the executed agreement will control with respect to those Services.
25. Assignment
Goduco Group may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar business transaction.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent where permitted by law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
27. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
28. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any other terms expressly applicable to the Site, constitute the agreement between you and Goduco Group regarding your use of the Site.
These Terms do not replace separately executed agreements governing our professional or contracting Services.
